Buy Back Policy – Dazzelite

Buy Back product should be accompanied with the original invoice issued by us and original laboratory certificate provided by us.
For Buy Back, the prevailing market value will be determined by the company.
Buy Back value for Gold is calculated 5% less than the prevailing market price or invoice price whichever is lower and buy back value for diamonds is less than 10% of the invoice price.
Laboratory charges(Quality verification of Diamond and Gold as per invoice issued by Dazzelite),Product Handling charges, Making charge, type of discount offer in invoice and taxes charged will be excluded from the buyback amount.
The customer has to deliver the product to our office; otherwise, the customer needs to take responsibility for couriering the product to our office.
If any alteration, remaking, or damage is found, buy back will not be accepted.
Once the product reaches our office, our quality assurance department will review it.
The customer has to provide an Email ID and Mobile number for future correspondence. Payment will be released within 15 to 22 working days after the quality check is completed and other required conditions are met.
Any repair charges will be extra as per the requirement.
Buy Back policy cannot be availed on payments made with an International card.
Dazzelite reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers and for all without any prior notice.
