Refund and Returns Policy

  • Once the return is received within 7 days from the date of purchase, our Quality Assurance Department will review it.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, has been altered or remade (by anyone other than us), or is damaged cannot be accepted for return.
  • The product should be accompanied by the original invoice issued by us and the laboratory certificate provided by us, along with original tags.
  • If the tag is torn or not in its original form, the product cannot be accepted.
  • The customer must pay laboratory charges for authentication of Diamond and Gold and product handling charges.
  • The 7-day return policy does not apply to engraved and personalized products.
  • The refund  applicable for returns within 7 days from the date of invoice issued by Dazzelite .
  • Refunds will be based on the invoice and the actual amount paid for each item after deducting re certification charge (Diamond quality verification and Gold quality mention on invoice issued by Dazzelite) and Product Handling charges and any type of discount offer on item purchased
  • The customer must deliver the product to our office; otherwise, the customer must take responsibility for couriering the product to our office in its original condition.
  • Payment will be released within 15 working days after the acceptance of the material. The customer must provide an Email ID and Mobile Number for future correspondence.
  • Dazzelite reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers and for all without any prior notice.
